Iridology, what is it?

Iridology is the non-invasive study of the iris through the analysis of their colour, texture and structure.

It provides an insight into your health and well-being by identifying your constitutional strengths and potential health weaknesses.

Iridologists can look at your irises and tell you what’s going on in your body, what’s happened to it in the past and what your body is likely to become.

Basically, your eyes tell me how you’re reacting to your physical environment, lifestyle and emotional issues.

I pass on to you what I can see, and then help you make informed decisions about how you can achieve optimum health, personal growth, fulfilment and freedom.

A consultation lasts for about an hour.

Food Intolerance, what is it?

Are the foods you eat making you feel unwell? Many symptoms such as Fatigue, Irritable Bowel Syndrome[IBS], Bloating, Migraine, Aching Joints, Skin Conditions, Diarrhoea and Constipation could be as a result of a food intolerance or sensitivity.

Just by knowing what foods to keep away from, you could clear up these annoying and debilitating problems. This is where Food Allergy Testing comes in. It’s a simple and painless, yet thorough and effective test. All you have to do is sit back in comfort and have a small pen like sensor touch your fingertip!

I’ll test your body’s reaction to a range of 125 foods, vitamins and minerals. You’ll receive instant results and we can discuss what foods may be causing your health problems and how you can avoid them.

Your consultation will last for about an hour.
