Treatment process:

Your first consultation may last up to 90 minutes and will include taking a full history of your current problem as well looking at any relevant previous medical history, lifestyle, and your overall general physical and mental health. Some physical examinations may need to be performed, however these will always be explained and agreed with you first.

Follow up consultations last up to 45 minutes. You will usually have an initial follow up after 2-3 weeks to evaluate initial progress with further appointments scheduled as needed. Your herbal prescription will often evolve as your treatment progresses and can be adapted to address any new health concerns. Treatment length will depend on many factors including complexity of the problem, when it started and how it initially progressed as well as the state of your general health.

You will be encouraged to take control of your own health and wellbeing, however you will be set realistic, achievable health goals and expectations. The best outcomes occur when you feel empowered and take a holistic approach to your health.
