What can Meditation & Mindfulness treat?
Most meditations are practiced seated on chairs (unless you are more comfortable lying, or moving) and incorporate a little bit of theory with the guided practice. You will learn how to manage ‘mind chatter’ and negative thoughts and feelings through Mindfulness and other types of guided Meditation and discover which type of Meditation is best suited to your personality.
Introductory courses, drop in classes and 1-1 sessions all last for 1 hour.
Meditation & Mindfulness courses, and drop in sessions are held on Tuesday evenings.
1:1 sessions can be held at a time / day to suit you.
