Pauline Wake first became involved with the Alexander Technique in 1992 due to her own back problem. She found the technique to be so beneficial to her health and wellbeing that in 1999 she started to train as an Alexander Technique teacher. Pauline completed her 3 year full time training course in March 2002 and has been teaching ever since.
Pauline is a registered member of the Society of Teachers of the Alexander Technique and is CRB registered.
