The Human Toolbox is a standalone talking therapy which uses diagrams and drawings to get you to understand how the mind works, and what tools we as humans already have but have forgotten how to use.
The Human Toolbox
The Human Toolbox can treat the following:
Whether you are lacking confidence, struggling with low self-esteem, are vulnerable to depression, anger, anxiety disorders, addiction or grieving, this therapy can help you gain an understanding and make sense of why this might be happening to you and give you the tools to help you overcome it.
This therapy works well with everyone and can benefit young children, teenagers and adults.
During the first session you will be asked to explain what goal you are trying to achieve, and what you think is preventing you from reaching that point. We will then use diagrams and pictures to try and help you understand what it is that you need to do to help you achieve your goal.
