Yoga can help to ease the stresses of every day life, aid in aches and pains and help to tone and strengthen the body. Every session is fully tailored to each individual and is focused around your own growth and development.
Pregnancy and 1:1 Yoga
A Yoga session:
We begin each session with an alignment – which may be a breathing exercise, a short meditation or a visualisation to set the scene. We then focus on breathing with gentle flowing movements to warm the joints and muscles (some muscles you may not realise you have!).
Next we start to work a bit deeper, from the floor up to standing postures and balances or from sitting-up to standing. These will ground, strengthen and tone the body.
Finally we will come back down to the mat and do some breath led strong and dynamic poses, or gentle twists to suit each individual, before laying down, and getting all wrapped up in our blankets ready for Shavasana, or Corpse pose. From here we go into a deep meditation or visualisation to relax and heal the whole body.

Yoga classes are focused around your own growth and development through the postures and the overall aim being able to find a deeper understanding of yoga.
Personal 1:1 yoga sessions are offered as well as bespoke pregnancy yoga. Each session is tailored to the individual, from beginners to more advanced yogi’s.
