Life Coaching is solution-focused, centered on behaviour and is about goal setting and achievement whilst always seeking to move the client forward.

Coaching is invaluable at times when you need support and direction when making changes in your life. My method is the cognitive-behavioural stance that counter-productive behaviours are largely created by our beliefs and attitudes about events rather than by the events themselves. In other words, events do not create counter-productive behaviour but rather the way we react to them.
