Coaching is invaluable at times when you need support and direction when making changes in your life. My method is the cognitive-behavioural stance that counter-productive behaviours are largely created by our beliefs and attitudes about events rather than by the events themselves. In other words, events do not create counter-productive behaviour but rather the way we react to them.
