Pilates is an exercise which concentrates on strengthening the body, specifically focusing on core strength. Pilates is a system of movement and body conditioning which, if practised regularly, has many benefits such as:

What happens during a session?

The pilates sessions are 1:1 private sessions, which enables the session to be completely tailored to each individuals needs, and ability. The exercises are taught either lying on the floor, standing and, when necessary, seated.
