Nicola has a Diploma in Youth Counselling and a Certificate in Life Coaching, and has worked both privately and in a school setting. She is a member of the Accredited Counsellors, Coaches, Psychotherapists and Hypnotherapists (ACCPH) professional body.

Nicola is also a certified Reiki Master, with over 5 years’ experience in the ancient healing system. Treatment is non-invasive and puts the body into a deep state of relaxation.

Nicola has founded Bury St Edmunds Therapy, practising both online and from Bury Natural Health Centre. Her goal is to keep therapy both accessible and affordable – with prices from just £35 a session.
