Background, Training & Qualifications
I am a fully qualified hypnotherapist with a Diploma in Hypnotherapy and Counselling Skills. I’m a member of the National Hypnotherapy Society, a specialist hypnotherapy register accredited by the Professional Standards Authority.
I am also a trained Master Practitioner of NLP (Neuro-Linguistic-Programming) and EFT Practitioner
My Journey
I became a hypnotherapist after experiencing for myself just how powerful it could be. My own journey has had its challenges and through hypnotherapy, NLP, and EFT, I found tools to navigate these and embrace positive change. These experiences not only helped me, but they also inspired me to support others.
With a background in psychology and over a decade in recruitment, HR, and training, I saw firsthand how unresolved emotions and ingrained patterns can hold people back. Volunteering as a listener with the Samaritans and as a bereavement counsellor with Cruse further deepened my understanding of the challenges people face and the courage it takes to make a change.
