James has been running his own personal training business for the past 12 years and has a huge wealth of experience.
A former Saracen Rugby Player back in early 2000, James has a great interest into human performance.
After completing his sport science degree in 2015, James has worked with a huge range of clients, ranging from first time Marathon runners, young aspiring Rugby players, national level Triathletes, International polo players, through to clients who just want help getting stronger and fitter or who just want to lose weight.
James is a big advocate of weightlifting, body weight exercises, balance training and boxing pad work.
