After overcoming a cancer diagnosis, treatment and challenges faced during that time, Ben uses each day to share how important physical activity is for people experiencing health challenges. A passionate and empathetic approach, he calls upon his 23 years experience to support clients to thrive both physically and mentally in all they do whilst having fun in the process. Health is wealth and love seeing people live their best lives.

Ben enjoys working with clients on building strength whilst moving well, strength and balance for older clients, weight management and activity programmes for those living with co-morbities supporting elevated blood pressure, high cholesterol, bone health and diabetes plus more.
Ben is a specialist in exercise for living with Parkinsons Disease and training support for Cancer Rehabilitation.
